The North Sea near to chez John. This is an important element in my life as I love breathing in the salt sea air. The Ozone is magical and I often think that it possesses powers of healing, not only physical problesm, but for me it clears the mind, and provides the brain with clarity. Certainly for me I believe that it is good, and I love it, and in the knowledge that if I feel like an upilt in my spirits, what better way to achieve this goal than by observing Mother Nature in her many guises, different not only day by day, but also hour by hour. Just like no two casks are ever entirely identical, but even just a little bit different.
