I am probably a bit like the “Para Handy” of the whisky business

Para handy for all of you non Maggie Accloytes was the legendary skipper of the Clyde Puffer called the “Maggie”

Without going into all of the details I think you should look it up.

Anyway Para Handy or not, I am still around after 56 years in the trade.

Actually that does not mean a lot, other than when I look at my career on CV only yesterday, then I say

Hey man, you have done not too badly.

Now that the next generation is emerging, and it does not worry me at all.

I’m off to Ausralia soon, Distilling…..Because they Want ME.
